The steep switchbacks are utilized for vineyards all along our approach into Martiney

They start 'em young here with an aggressive youth skiing system

Meribel had a real friendly, family feel to it

We found the slopes here seemed much more intermediate

We just could not get over how spread out everything is (Scott and Mark shown here)

We didn't spend too much time at Val Thorens. I'd like to go back and explore all of these areas some more.
