Alpine Valley, Wisconsin, was next on my list. The skiing was fun and the place has a little history, too.

ended in disaster when the helicopter that lifted him from Alpine Valley crashed due to heavy fog in 1990.

One can get in a lot of fast laps when high speed quads are servicing a couple hundred feet of vertical.



Several chairs serviced the same terrain so they were able to move lots of riders.
